Learned a few new coping skills all in under 30 minutes! Sometimes we all need a refresher course. As a former EMT and domestic violence counselor I’ve had to use some of these techniques in the past. Course was a good reminder for me. Made me realize I need to practice my learned skills or I will forget. Video was great and I found it informative and helpful.

This is a great course that teaches practical and effective coping strategies that individuals can use in times of stress, and how to handle the fight, flight or freeze response that occurs in these situations. The trainer provides specific techniques which are important to practice so that they can be utilized in an emergency. I enjoyed learning about the physiological response and neurology in the brain that occurs when individuals are faced with a threat and how to overcome this response to handle the situation effectively.
